I don’t have turkey thighs readily available to me, so I use ground turkey similar to what you’re using. It’s not perfect, but the burgers come out great every time!
I’ve been meaning to try chicken thighs. I don’t see why they wouldn’t work the same way.

Been loving Turkey burgers lately with pepper jack and some crunchy lettuce and mayo! Did you add anything to make them stay together better? I’ve just been getting the butterball premade ones 🫣

I grew up with my mom only doing turkey for everything, turkey meatballs, chili, burgers, tacos everything. Because of that I have a disdain for it but with that said the burgers were the most edible by far and were actually not bad for what it was. This makes me kinda miss one I can still picture the taste right now.
Great job tho those probably taste pretty good glazed in that sauce. I eat mine the same way.

Why the turkey? I’m assuming lower calorie? But then you put BBQ sauce, cheese, the bun, etc.
